Relax at the Office
With the number of calls I take and the noise around me, I feel very stressed out. I do relax when I come home, but I also know that I have to relax in the office too in order to do well. Is that possible at all?
- The minute you feel stressed out, concentrate on your breathing.
- You are probably panting at this time.
- Make your breathing gentle and slow. Focus on your breathing for a minute or two.
- When you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in peace.
- As you breathe out, imagine that you are breathing out all the tension and chaos of the work around you.
- Do this after every one hour and you will notice you really feel fresh.
- Keep a picture of someone special on your table and look at the picture when you feel out of sorts.
